The future Start-Up Incubator and Co-Working Space in Cottbus aims to promote innovation and creativity to generate new forms of work in both the city of Cottbus and surrounding Lausitz region. Located next to the campus of the Brandenburg University of Technology, it concentrates tech start-up activities in a single center.

The architectural concept proposes a public ground floor that acts as a display to connect with the city. The foyer, workshop room and conference area provide generous spaces for multiples uses. The flexible, open character of the interior start-up and coworking spaces is reflected by the translucent nature of the dynamic textile façade.
